We start with a kick-off meeting where the primary goal is to understand what is important to your organization and its culture.

Through discussion with the Hiring Manager (and HR) we will dive in the details of the position that go beyond the scope of the formal job description. The more we know about what qualifications and soft skills are the true target of the search, the better we can bring pinpoint results.

At the conclusion of this meeting, we should now understand you and your company’s “story”. We are now in the position of telling your story better than anyone in order to attract the finest talent to your business.
Recruit, Evaluate and Present Candidates

We instantly reach out to a significant number of people within our extensive network of Supply Chain professionals that may be aligned for the role.

Next, we identify targeted source companies and other individuals who may be suitable.

We will conduct an extensive vetting process and prepare detailed summaries of each candidate that will be presented.

The result will be a presentation of a shortlist of qualified individuals that WILL be of immediate interest that you WILL want to interview
Client and Candidate Interviews

We will contact you without delay following the submissions, to go over these candidates, discuss your feedback and determine the interview schedule.

Once the interview schedule is established, we will arrange a meeting with candidates to thoroughly prepare them for the interview.

Upon completion of the interview, we will conduct a candidate debrief.

Shortly following, we will discuss your thoughts and feedback about the candidate(s) to determine next steps to be scheduled.

We are continuously pre-closing our candidates throughout the process to virtually eliminate any surprises at the offer stage.

Upon selection of final candidate(s) and after the final round of interviews are completed, we will discuss the strategy to secure the finalist on your behalf.
Candidate Placement and Follow Up

We will extend the offer to the candidate and close out any remaining points of discussion Negotiate compensation (if requested)

Secure a start date

Check references

Assist candidate through the resignation process insuring a seamless transition

Provide continued support and communication throughout the onboarding process
